1. Was my phone repaired before?
We receive all of our devices from major carriers, and other certified vendors. We repair less than 1% of all of the devices we retest.
All our devices are 100% tested to be functionally good-as-new.
2. Does my device come with a sim card?
With every device, you receive a sim popper (not a sim card), your cable and adapter. All of our devices are delivered without a sim card. We do not provide a service for these devices, you must contact your carrier and have them give you a sim card. If you already had one in your old phone, you can transfer it to this one. Our listings show if a device is locked to a certain carrier if it is unlocked for all carriers. If you have any questions about your devices compatibilty, please contact us directly.
3. Battery Health
One of the first things we test for in each device is battery life. We guarantee each device has at least 80% battery health, regardless of the condition.
It is important to note that the new OS takes up more memory on devices and requires more battery power to run. Because of this, the battery life on older devices will drain faster throughout the day. So if you’re running multiple apps at once like IG, YouTube, Netflix, etc. the battery will drain quicker than you’re expecting.
4. What battery health will my device have?
All devices sold are diagnosed and each battery is tested to be at least 80%. If a device’s battery does not meet the minimum of 80% battery health, it will be replaced with a new battery.
5. How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period for all our products is at least 12 months. If you need to extend the warranty period, you will need to pay an additional fee.
